Our team are experts in all matters relating to transactions involving commercial real estate, servicing a wide spectrum of clients from a variety of industry sectors.

Day to Day
Our Paralegals are a vital part of our team as they undertake a mixture of chargeable and non-chargeable work, managing their own duties whilst supporting other fee earner on their more complex matters. This work will include;
- Drafting landlord & tenant documents – licences, leases and all ancillary documents,
- Assist in sales and purchases – obtain title documents, draft CPSE enquires, obtain searches.
- Drafting SDLT returns.
- Preparing Bills and Completion statements.
With this varied work you will be looking at cases involving, but not limited to sale and purchases of commercial property, re financing, landlord and tenant work for office, retail, industrial and hospitality sectors.
About you
First and foremost, we are a friendly and welcoming team who look for the same. Therefore, you will ideally be an individual who is open, flexible and excited by about learning new things.
Perhaps you are a law graduate looking to kick-start your career with your first Paralegal role and have a key interest in Commercial Property, or an existing Paralegal with experience in the property industry who is seeking a brand new challenge. Either way, you should have a passion for excellent client-service and naturally take an organised and efficient approach to your work.
Whilst some prior experience as part of a property team would be great, we are keen to hear from those who have related work or study experience and can demonstrate an interest in this line of work.
