Our story began with one man and his vision; to bring vibrant, colourful, hand-crafted artisan clothes from faraway places to the markets of London. It is a journey that started on a hippy commune in Ibiza, 1970, and finished with an overland trip east, through Afghanistan and India. Now found in West London, we’re creating vibrant products, and sharing endless discovery.

We are looking for a Junior Digital Creative Strategist to join our team, working across Monsoon and Accessorize brands. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling and drive engagement across paid digital channels.

    • Ad Uploads & Agency Coordination: Manage the ad upload process with external agencies, ensuring accurate and timely deployment of creative assets across platforms.
    • Comms Planning & Calendar Management: Oversee the paid media comms planning process, including maintaining an ad refresh calendar for strategic campaign deployment.
    • Trend Analysis & Insights: Keep up with industry trends, consumer behaviour, and platform updates to inform creative strategies and maintain brand relevance.
    • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyse creative performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Lead the creative reporting process, delivering clear, data-driven reports to internal stakeholders to guide creative strategy evolution.

    What you’ll have

    • Experience: some experience in digital marketing and creative coordination.
    • Strong communication skills: crafting briefs and presenting ideas clearly.
    • Creative Thinking: you are on the pulse of platform trends, have an aptitude for digital storytelling and have a “creative eye”
    • Analytical Skills: experience in media analytics and performance tracking.
    • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain creative consistency.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for digital marketing and brand storytelling.
