We are looking for proactive, recent graduates who want to take their first step in a career tackling financial crime. This is a perfect role for you if you are passionate about making a difference, have a drive to develop your skills and have an ability to think outside the box.

As a Financial Crime Administrator within the Communications and Recalls Team, you will be responsible for monitoring mailboxes, analysing reports of fraud from other banks, raising and assigning SARs, liaising with law enforcement by providing KYC information (working under strict guidelines) and assisting the AML department in financial crime investigations. The chosen candidate will support our investigation process and be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Responding in a timely manner to Police enquiries
  • Raising Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
  • Assisting leadership with allocation of cases
  • Working with different teams across the business such as Customer Support and other departments
  • Closing accounts upon review from the team
  • Releasing payments to our customers
  • Monitoring channels and maintaining the teams mailboxes
  • Help the team out with various ad-hoc tasks!

We are looking for you if you:

  • Minimum 2:1 university degree
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • A basic understanding of financial services
  • Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment
  • Are at the same time fast, efficient, patient and positive
  • Are solution-oriented and never give up in the face of a challenge
  • Are tech savvy and a quick learner
  • Enjoy communicating with people
  • Passion to develop and produce high quality work
  • Have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of legislations and governing bodies relating to financial investigations (desirable)
