Creating our future leaders

Over three years, your learning with be sculpted by on the job industry experience where you’ll take on real responsibilities with direct guidance from cream-of-the-crop managers and mentors. You’ll gain a holistic understanding of our business and grow in leaps and bounds.

The role

Our Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) function works in service of our global business through partnership in providing shared services, digital and technical thought leadership in support of Mondelēz International’s strategy and business objectives. Our aim is to accelerate growth through digital innovation.  

So, what does that actually mean? In MDS we own the technology and process solutions that help our business grow. Our MDSS Graduates will support on projects and initiatives that embrace digital innovation, bring new ways of working, and deliver value to MDLZ.

Duties could include

  • Ownership of specific MDS projects, or specific deliverables within an MDS project or initiative
  • Ownership of specific process support, development and documentation
  • Building partnering relationships with internal customers, third party suppliers and partners, and your peers in MDS.
  • Self-educate by gathering information and learnings to gain understanding of the connections of the MDS technologies, solutions and business processes

Candidate requirements

  • 2:2 degree - predicted (or equivalent)
  • Studying for a Technology or Business and Technology related degree
  • Experience in working a technology, project delivery or process orientated  environment preferred but not essential 
  • Naturally inquisitive and passionate about technology, digital innovation, agility, and process excellence
  • Open to acquiring new skills
  • Able to demonstrate strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities     

Starting salary

£33,000 plus £2,000 sign-on bonus

We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in-person at our Bournville offices on Wednesday 11th December 2024. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
