So, what does that mean for you?

The Brewing Apprenticeship program prepares future brewing technicians and engineers. At Molson Coors, brewers tackle challenges in advanced brewing processes. 

You’ll receive tailored on-the-job training, rotating through brewery departments for diverse learning. A dedicated mentor will guide and support you throughout.  This apprenticeship combines hands-on experience with academic study, leading to a nationally recognized Level 4 Brewing qualification. 

About you  

If your passionate about developing your skills, our brands and our business then we would love to hear from you. 

  • You will need to have/be predicted a minimum of 5 GCSE (grades 4-9) including Maths, English & Science. 
  • Applications are welcomed from those with L3 qualifications (A levels and/or BTEC.  Minimum of 96 UCAS points) and a passion for a career in manufacturing.
