About the role
We are recruiting for Account Executives to join several teams within Mindshare/Group M Nexus:
The Connections Planning team plays a crucial role in designing the audiences, connections, content and measurement that deliver the most innovative and effective solutions to clients. Members of the team understand consumer trends and are able to translate insights and strategic direction into actionable media solutions. They interact with a wide range of other teams including Insights and Strategic Planning, the specialist channel teams that execute the media, and the Live Planning team that optimises across all media channels.
The AV Team is resposible for planning campaigns and investing clients’ budgets in Linear TV, Broadcaster Video, Radio, Cinema and Connected TV. The AV market is evolving rapidly as audiences fragment from traditional TV channels in to other video and audio channels that we predominanlty access via the main TV set and also from mobile devides. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail when monitoring AV campaigns, a passion for understanding audiences and the content available in the UK, an ability to collaborate with media owners as well as the drive to work in a team to deliver on key client objectives.
The Programmatic team specialises in digital media and they are integral to achieving client goals by developing and optimizing activity as part of integrated, multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for digital media and be keen to develop a career within digital and Programmatic. They should be able to articulate key features and benefits of Programmatic. They work closely with the Connections Planning team as well as our Live Planning teams on measurement.
The Commerce team is a rapidly growing team, working more closely than ever with Connections Planning. They focus on planning, buying and optimizing activity within search and display across our Retail Media Networks. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for this fast–growing space and be keen to develop a career within digital and eCommerce.

About you
Prior media/marketing experience is not a pre-requisite. A combination of “hands-on” experience and a structured training programme means Account Executives gain a comprehensive knowledge of how a media agency business operates and an understanding that is the cornerstone of a successful career in the media industry.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and ability to upskill on industry specific tools
