    The Role

    This role is a unique opportunity to begin your career. The operations team sits at the heart of the Global account team based out of London, acting as the connective glue between strategy, planning and activation across the world.

    We are efficient and effective communicators with impeccable organisational skills. We are ultimately an extension of our client’s marketing function, who are based out of Amsterdam, acting as a trusted advisor to bring their media objectives to life.

    This role will allow the individual to have an insight and working knowledge of the client’s organization, international media landscapes and the practical toolbox that enable businesses to function.

    About our Team and the Reporting Structure

    The operations role sits within the global account team structure, we are a hardworking and close-knit group of colleagues who deliver high standards of work to our clients. We are required to manage multiple workstreams across different lines of business. The Account Executive will have direct client contact, support on the day-to-day production and financial management workstream.

    You will foster strong working relationships with our media, creative agency, and technology vendors, providing pro-active solutions to any challenges faced. Finally, you will build rapport with the rest of the team as well as other colleagues elsewhere within the Mindshare group.

    You will report into the operations Account Manager and work alongside the Business Director within the team. You will also work in collaboration with the wider agency team, spanning strategy, digital planning, business planning and insights.

    Responsibilities

    • Build a strong knowledgebase and understanding of the client’s business, functions, workstreams & processes
    • Support in client meetings on all thing’s operations: timelines/processes etc
    • Provide organized timelines for all projects and campaigns which cover client side and agency tasks
    • Provide production delivery support
    • Own MAP – our plan reporting system and liaise with MAP support team where required
    • Manage markets and their inputs into MAP
    • Provide support and oversight market management of the auditing process
    • Support on the billing & financial tasks ensuring budget/invoice trackers are delivered each month and ensuring local market invoicing is on point – iValua platform lead – support on day to day
    • Support with all data management & competitive asks, ensuring monthly dashboard checks and market comms for data accuracy
    • Assist with network management by sending requests and gathering information
    • Build relationships with key local Mindshare offices to take ownership of individual projects
    • Join the local market/client status calls to gather the latest status for each market, work with local teams to share next steps and deliver follow ups
    • Assist the team with client requests and meeting preparations
    • Strive for the best in network management – review and refine everything before sharing with the clients
    • Develop close relationships with the key Booking.com clients, our colleagues at other agencies and potential media partners
    • Establish yourself as a key contact point for operations across Mindshare WW and all local Mindshare markets

    The Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about starting their career in media or have 0-1 years’ experience in the working world in or out of media agencies. You will be excited for the prospect of a fast-paced environment, learning on the job in a supportive and friendly environment.
