GCHQ  is an intelligence, cyber, and security agency with a mission to keep the UK safe. We use cutting-edge technology, ingenuity, and partnerships to identify, analyse, and disrupt threats. Working with our intelligence partners, MI5 and MI6, we protect the UK from terrorism, cyber-attacks, and espionage. At GCHQ, you’ll do varied and fascinating work in a supportive and inclusive environment that emphasises teamwork.

Your proficiency in the Korean language (at least C1 level) and your in-depth understanding of Korean culture, history, ideology, and politics will support our teams with mission-critical requirements and could help shape and influence UK policy.

Combining language and technical skills, you’ll piece together snippets of information collected from various digital communication sources. As part of a diverse team of experts, you’ll apply analytical skills and an understanding of communication technologies to build a comprehensive intelligence picture. Here, your language skills and cultural knowledge will help identify reportable intelligence, progress operations, and shape government policy.
