What you'll do
Our Production Graduate Programme is specifically designed to develop talent, to add new thinking and skills to the team, and to develop Mclaren Racing’s future leaders.
Our team is full of incredible people and we know we can learn as much from you as you can from us. Likewise, you want to learn and grow, and you want to share your knowledge with others. After all, that’s what a high performing team is built upon.
You’ll gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience in a broad range of areas, where you’ll have the opportunity to work in the following key disciplines: Project Management, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Car Build. Previous graduates have gone on to be Project Managers, Project Engineers, Purchasing Team Leaders, Technical Buyers and Race Logistics Coordinators.
What you'll need
You'll need to have an Engineering related degree (2:1+ or equivalent), and ideally, you'll have completed a placement or internship. As a grad, we'll make sure you're supported and mentored where required by experienced members of the team, but also empowered to make decisions and add real value to our performance.
You're a problem solver, never hesitating to roll up your sleeves up and get stuck in, using your initiative at every opportunity to deliver solutions and make processes leaner. You're self-motivated and a motivator, and you're the person that is always 10 steps ahead.
