No restraints. No limitations. We don’t simply push boundaries. We completely rethink them. McLaren Automotive exists to create breath-taking performance road cars.
With innovation at the core of all we do, every challenge starts with the same question. How can we do it better? This restless spirit runs right through McLaren Automotive. And the search for perfection is evident in everything we do.
Purpose of role
We are looking for enthusiastic Finance Analysts to join McLaren Automotive as part of our Finance Graduate Scheme 2023.
The programme will run over 3 years and include rotations in different areas of the McLaren Automotive finance function. As part of the scheme, you will also work towards an accredited chartered accounting qualification with either ACCA or CIMA.
Principal accountabilities
The opportunities for experience will range from technical accounting and control as well as business partnering roles. Throughout the 3 years you will be imbedded within 4 different teams for a period of 9 months each, which will provide true visibility across McLaren and requires an applicant to be agile and flexible to work with multiple business partners and teams across the business.
During the scheme you will gain an in depth understanding of the business, contribute towards forecasts and budgets as well as ensuring the financial targets for the relevant business units are met, through collaboration with business partners, financial analysis, and the application of financial controls.
