A 12-month programme based at a Genuit UK site, within a single business to experience what life at Genuit is about. You will work alongside a dedicated line manager.
Role purpose
To provide a hands-on learning experience for an undergraduate R&D intern in manufacturing, enabling them to gain practical exposure, develop technical skills, and contribute to process improvement initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals.
The role will form part of a cohort of participants within the Group Graduate programme and year long Internships across the Genuit Group. As part of this cohort, participants will be sponsored to undertake a strategy related project across the group, which will enable the participants to gain experience and exposure across the full organisation.
Alongside the learning gained from the specific internship role participants will undertake People Leadership, Lean and Personal Development Training.

Ideal candidates will have
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Engineering or a related field, or who have completed A-levels, NVQ/BTEC, or equivalent qualifications and are planning to pursue further education in engineering.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, fundamentals, and concepts.
- Proficiency in Autodesk products is required.
