Learning and development

Who you are

  • You are a recent graduate with an analytical mindset and a keen interest in macroeconomics, data and financial services.
  • You are a self-starter and a team player who enjoys working with diverse colleagues from around the world.
  • You are an excellent communicator seeking to further develop the critical skills needed to engage high-level, highly intelligent customers.
  • You will have a degree in economics or finance, but we welcome a diversity of expertise. For example, an engineering degree and strong understanding of macroeconomics/econometrics, or a degree in mathematics, actuarial sciences or similar.

Pre-requisites

  • ‍Fully proficient in English and German (other additional languages are always a plus).
  • MSc or BA in economics or related field.
