We are looking for a versatile and innovative marketer who thrives on creativity and coming up with fresh ideas to boost brand awareness and drive website traffic. The role requires someone with a knack for wearing multiple hats, and who is proactive in exploring new channels and techniques to connect with the target audience.

From creating captivating blog posts, engaging social media posts, eye-catching email marketing, to the use of more traditional marketing channels, knowing how to craft messages that resonate with people, whilst considering the target audience, what channels would be suitable, at what stage of the funnel are you targeting, and the audience’s needs, pain points and useful and helpful information.

The role

This is a dynamic role and will require working as part of a team environment and collaboration with multiple departments across the business to assists in effective content creation, and someone who is eager to learn and adapt and experiment with new tools and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and proactive energy, with the ability to juggle various responsibilities while consistently seeking out new ways to connect with audiences, driving brand success and business growth.

You will

  • Design and execute regular email campaigns that nurture leads, promote products, and drive conversions, and produce regular newsletters to our holiday homeowner community
  • Support website maintenance and updates, and manage and upload caravan stock listings
  • Upload and update the digital calendars across parks, considering SEO and exciting and useful content
  • Take charge of the way our businesses appear on Google Search and Maps
  • Plan and organise video/photoshoots
  • Write engaging blog posts
  • Support with creating and scheduling social media posts, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence that both engages existing audiences and new ones
  • Secures ads in various traditional media outlets and build strong relationships with media representatives to get favourable rates and added value (print advertising, television & radio, direct mail, outdoor advertising, event marketing)
  • Write press releases, and builds relationships with journalists to secure positive media coverage
  • Actively seek out partnerships and collaborations and build relationships to expand the brand's reach and credibility.
  • Encourage positive online reviews
  • Support with parks roadside presence, wayfinding, and facilities awareness
  • Develop ideas and encourage user generated content
  • Find new ways of reaching potential customers
  • Have a knack for multitasking and a have proactive approach
