We see data and insight as a key driver in blending creative, strategic and analytical thinking and we have ambitious plans to grow the digital side of our business in 2025 and beyond.

    Key responsibilities

    Working closely with colleagues in strategy, paid media and client service to provide support in data gathering, analysis and reporting. This would include:

    • Regular (weekly and monthly) marketing performance reports
    • Social media reviews
    • Data visualisation and dashboarding
    •  Audience analysis
    • Competitor analysis
    • Taking responsibility for client deliverable deadlines.
    • Maintaining a high level of data accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all client-facing deliverables.
    • Proactive reviews of website analytics, social media data, and client competitor websites to help shape recommendations.
    • Data analysis and presentation using a range of formats, including Google and/or Microsoft packages.

    Qualifications

    We’re looking for someone who loves data, who is curious about finding out the ‘why’ and who has a high attention to detail. You should have a keen interest in digital marketing, with the ability to spot trends and translate these into actionable insights.

    Some of the key skills required to excel in this role:

    • You will have minimum of 1 year of experience working within a digital or media agency or an in-house team.
    • Experience with Google Analytics.
    • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • A problem-solving personality, with the desire to help your colleagues.
    • An ambitious, proactive self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with Google Looker Studio.
    • Experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides to formulate presentations.
    • Some knowledge of social media management platforms such as Meta, TikTok & Google Ads.
