Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage small projects or assignments, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Conduct desk studies, including data collection, research, and site inspections.
- Organise and coordinate project resources, including third-party suppliers.
- Assist with intrusive site investigations and environmental monitoring.
- Analyse chemical and geotechnical testing data.
- Use software and technical guidance to assess risks and inform decision-making.
- Prepare clear, structured reports with practical recommendations for clients.
- Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety standards.
- Develop an understanding of geo-environmental and geotechnical legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous professional development (CPD).
What we’re looking for
- A degree in a relevant subject (Geo-Environmental, Geology, Earth Science, Civil Engineering, or similar).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours.
