The Sales and Intermediate Rent teams are responsible for the sale of private sale and shared ownership homes, management of intermediate rent properties, market research and valuations.
Overview of the role
We are looking for an ambitious graduate to join our busy and supportive Sales and Intermediate Rent teams to train as a Residential Surveyor, become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and be awarded MSc Real Estate on completion of the apprenticeship.
This role requires a hard-working, customer focused person who is passionate about housing and the residential property market. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not exclusive to:
- Sale of residential properties: responsible for taking a customer through the entire sales process from initial enquiry to sales completion, providing excellent customer service, dealing with queries and complaints, running a sales office, property inspections, legal requirements and documentation.
- Letting and management of rental properties: responsible for maximising rental revenue and minimising voids across the London Living Rent (LLR) and Intermediate Rent (IMR) portfolios, covering property management, residential tenancies and new lettings.
- Valuations: responsible for internal valuation of private sale, shared ownership and intermediate rent properties and instructing and reviewing external RICS valuers.
- Market research: appraisal of local housing market conditions, assessing housing need, statistical analysis of data, preparing reports and presentations.
You will be engaged in a challenging role from day one and be accountable for your area of responsibility whilst being supported by a RICS Counsellor and a line manager to guide and develop skills where required.

Qualification requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a property related discipline (min 2:2) OR Bachelor’s Degree (min 2:2) plus at least 2-years’ experience in the residential property industry
- GCSE English and Mathematics minimum grade 5
Training offer: You will complete the Postgraduate Level 6 Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship- Real Estate Pathway. On completion you will be awarded MSc Real Estate.
