As a Commercial Graduate, the ideal candidate will be required to support the business critical activity, whilst developing commercial, core and technical skills, through rotation and development opportunities. The successful candidate will be directly supporting the delivery of our Vision 80 transformation and objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Successfully completing functional rotations.
- Delivering on the required objectives and developing strong relationships across the organisation.
- Supporting the implementation of business improvement projects and product deliverables.
- Developing a deep understanding of Lotus operations and area functions responsibilities.
- Bringing diversity of thought and tactical support to partner the business, as it enters the next phase of increased volume production and EV only products.
- Supporting activities within the business transformation strategic projects, focused on the sustainability, culture and product.
- Supporting the delivery of cross-functional corporate planning activities.
- Developing strong working relationships with functional mentors and rotation managers.
- Maintaining effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a sense of community amongst teams at all levels and departments within Lotus.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, with an output focussed mindset.
- Demonstrating the ability to critically review work streams and provide improvement ideas and solutions.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Achievement or projected achievement of a 2:1 Degree classification in Business Management, Business Finance, Economics, Commercial, or Business Analytics & Statistics.
- Commercial, manufacturing or engineering experience / placement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Ability to work in small / medium sized enterprise, undergoing substantial change.
- Flexible and able to rapidly reprioritise and produce excellent outcomes.
- Valid UK Driving Licence as travel across the Lotus UK sites may be required.
