Lockton are excited to be hosting our fourth year of interns at our London office, around the corner from the iconic Lloyd’s of London building in the City. Our 6-week Internship Programme is designed to empower you to create your own experiences and to propel your career to the next level.

Who we are looking for
Our Internship Programme is open to all penultimate year undergraduate students, who are curious and eager to learn, regardless of degree subject. This role is perfect for a strong communicator with excellent numerical and analytical skills, who enjoys building relationships and collaborating with others.
Other attributes and skills we are looking for include
- A passion for delivering high-quality projects
- A positive, proactive, can-do attitude - even when under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise your own workload
- Quality-driven with great attention to detail
- Adaptability, as the insurance landscape is ever-evolving and fast-paced
Minimum requirements
- Penultimate year students only (second year of a 3-year course or third year of a 4-year course)
- A minimum of grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics and 3 A-levels / 5 Highers (or equivalent)
