    Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find a Junior Rights Executive to join our Strategic Operations team on a 12 month fixed term basis - Is this your next opportunity?

    As a Junior Rights Executive, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining rights information for all content acquired by the Little Dot Studios Network, including History Hit. This includes accurately entering, tracking, and updating rights data, collaborating with legal, acquisitions, and distribution teams, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to resolve rights-related queries efficiently.

    How you'll spend your time

    • Entering information into our internal Rights Management system, including data relating to titles, territories, deliveries, platforms, windowing, licence end dates and internal IDs.
    • Maintaining and managing information within the system to reflect changes to any of the above.
    • Extracting relevant information and commercial terms from contracts to onboard new clients onto the Rights Management system.
    • Liaising with various internal teams, including Acquisitions, Content Delivery, Legal and Platform Teams to ensure all information is correct.
    • Onboarding other departments within the business onto the existing Rights Management system.
    • Adapting rights information that is often changing due to an ever changing media landscape.
    • Supporting the Rights Executive with any ad hoc requests to ensure a smooth running of the Rights Management system.
    • Assisting with internal ID changes to ensure revenue is paid out correctly.
    • Assisting the Head of Platform Ops quarterly revenue reporting process

    What you need to succeed

    Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
    • Excellent communication skills and capable of working independently.
    • Strong administrative abilities to support the team effectively.
    • Experience with a rights management system is highly preferred.
    • Understanding of rights within the media landscape is a plus.
