We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Paid Media Account Executive to join our Media & Ad Sales team. You'll learn how to plan, create and manage campaigns across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok while working with experienced professionals who'll help develop your skills. If you're curious about digital advertising and enjoy both strategic, creative and analytical work, this role could be your perfect start in the industry.

How you'll spend your time
- Assist the planning team with all active and proactive briefs, to be able to interrogate a brief and develop a strategy that aligns with the client’s needs.
- Support the planning team in external client communications.
- Network expert; ability to network internally and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Case study generation; creating 1-pagers, highlighting our campaign successes and learning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media. Sharing knowledge with the team and applying relevant insights & learning to active briefs.
- Learn how to use internal platforms, to assist the team in an administrative role.
- Provide support to the buying team, post-campaign launch. Upskilling in buying side platforms used for client campaigns.
- Analyse and evaluate paid media campaign data preparing post-campaign analysis presentations, to present campaign performance to clients.

- Good understanding of digital media success metrics (inc. Google Ads - YouTube & Google, Meta Ads - Facebook & Instagram & TikTok).
- Ability to develop compelling visual narratives for client presentations.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to small groups.
- Organised approach to work with the ability to manage daily tasks effectively.
