    The role

    In order to support our rapid growth, Wasserman has built a robust internship program designed to in-troduce aspiring sporting professionals to the industry and our company. As part of this program, interns will have an opportunity to acquire broad exposure to our sports division whilst being integrated into the day-today fabric of this team.

    As an intern you will

    • Assist the department as necessary with special projects.
    • Performs various departmental support tasks.
    • Assist as necessary with the maintenance of client relationships.
    • Conduct research to assist in business development and prospecting efforts.
    • Daily tracking of players.

    This internship will be for 3-4 weeks depending on availability.

    The above forms the main areas of responsibility for this role, but it is not exhaustive and it should be noted that duties may change over time, so the need for flexibility is key and the job-holder will be expected to co-operate with reasonable changes as required.

    Requirements

    • Passion for sports.
    • Well-developed organisational, time management and administrative skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and problem solve.
    • Ability to build strong lasting relationships.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop client facing presentations / materials.
    • A team player who works best in a mix of different people and enjoys helping other people develop their ideas.
    • Always up for a challenge - you can jump into new projects headfirst with a positive attitude.
