Key responsibilities
In order to support our rapid growth, Wasserman has built a new legal internship program designed to introduce aspiring legal professionals to the sporting industry and our company. As part of this program, legal interns will have an opportunity to acquire broad exposure to this division whilst being integrated into the day-today fabric of this team.
As a legal intern you will
- Gain an understanding in the drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of FA and FIFA-related agreements.
- Learn the basics in drafting and negotiating a range of agreements for athlete management ser-vices, including representation agreements, influencer agreements, intellectual property license agreements, NDAs and releases and sponsorship and endorsement agreements.
- Providing research assistance to the legal team on FIFA rules and regulations as well as legal and regulatory compliance with The FA’s Football Agent’s Regulations.
- Learn the basics in drafting, reviewing and negotiating boxing promotional agreements and pro-vision of services agreements.
- Assist the legal team with a range of administrative tasks.
- Updating precedent documents and templates and supporting the implementation of effective contract administration and document management processes.
This internship will be a 3-month term in our Aldwych House, London office, 4 days required in the office.
The above forms the main areas of responsibility for this role, but it is not exhaustive and it should be noted that duties may change over time, so the need for flexibility is key and the job-holder will be expected to co-operate with reasonable changes as required.

- Previously studied Law at university level & looking for the next step in your legal career.
