We are currently seeking recent graduates to join our two-year Global Finance Graduate Scheme, starting in Autumn 2025. As part of Latham’s Global Finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the department while participating in a rotational training program. Over the course of two years, you will rotate through various teams within Global Financial Transactions and Control.

You will support and oversee key financial transactions within the firm, which could include financial reporting, statutory reporting, client billing and account services, accounts payable, asset management, procurement and vendor management and general ledger. In addition to gaining hands-on finance experience, you will receive general business skills training as well as department-specific guidance and development, led by department managers, supervisors, and team members.

This role is based in our Manchester office and may be eligible for a flexible working schedule, allowing for a combination of in-office and hybrid working.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Exhibit well-developed, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
  • Possess the ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment with a customer-service focus
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to convey department procedures and objectives in a professional and tactful manner
  • Are proficient in PC applications, including MS Excel
  • Possess professional interpersonal skills

And have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent (by the start date of the program)
  • Prior work experience or internships, preferably
