    Job Purpose

    To support the Language Resources team with administrative tasks and interpreter management in accordance with business requirements and to agreed quality standards.

    Specific Tasks

    • Provide administrative support to the Language Resource Quality Team to ensure all interpreters have the relevant documentation to comply with our internal processes  
    • Assisting the team with the organisation of company inductions
    • Liaise with interpreters and handle queries/respond in a timely manner both over the telephone and via email
    • Take personal responsibility for ensuring that personal information is used fairly and lawfully within GDPR guidelines, report any personal data security incidents immediately and abide by the Information Security Policy detailed in the Staff Handbook
    • Any other duties appropriate to the position

    Person Specification

    • A Levels or equivalent
    • Organised and with an ability to prioritise time sensitive tasks
    • Team player

    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office
    • Creative and flexible
    • Confident Telephone Manner
    • Establish credibility with freelance interpreter base

    Desirable

    • Administration experience
    • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
