The role
As one of the leading real estate companies in the UK, we own and manage some of the most successful and memorable real estate in the UK. We have a range of office products in our portfolio that includes five flexible office workspaces as well as an identified pipeline for additional sites in Central London that will launch over the next 18 months.
This is an opportunity to join the Myo team in a key scale-up year.

The team
First point of contact for office leasing for Myo, our flexible office portfolio, liaising directly with brokers, agents and customers. This role will support the Myo Leasing Manager team, as well as the Landsec marketing and property management teams, to co-ordinate sales and customer account management across the Myo locations. Also to be first point of contact for Myo Events enquiries, supporting the Events Manager and allocating leads as appropriate. The role is part of a team delivering a comprehensive, professional property service to flexible office customers.
What you will be responsible for
- First point of contact for all office leasing enquiries received by email and phone, dealing with customers directly or with our broker and agent partners.
- Providing availability, pricing and marketing collateral as requested.
- Qualifying new leads and booking in tours for new customers with the Leasing Managers or site Operations team.
- Logging all opportunities to the Myo CRM system and following up on opportunities to convert enquiries to tours.
- Generate reports on leasing data to assist with leasing strategy and financial reporting.
- Responsible for ensuring availability and pricing schedules are accurate and current.
- Supporting the Leasing Managers to identify trends, new opportunities, leasing and marketing strategies.
- Developing strong relationships with broker and agent partners and attending network events where possible.
- Maintaining broker & agent database and research on competitors.
- Responding to first enquiries to the Events inbox and allocating to the Events Manager or Operations site teams as appropriate.
- Lead by example in delivering a professional service resulting in customer loyalty and repeat business, working closely with the Concierge team to ensure up to date knowledge of our availability, products and services.
Your skills, experience and qualifications
Essential criteria
- Client-facing experience in a corporate or hospitality environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Experience in the Central London flexible leasing market or property market would be useful but not essential
- Advanced knowledge or Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience of CRM systems or similar platforms desirable
- Excellent people skills with proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels, including senior executives
