As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team in our Leamington Spa office. This team is dedicated to driving the success of our mobile games through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies, collaborating closely with various teams to achieve outstanding results.

The role

In this role, you’ll coordinate with our in-house development and mobile publishing teams to manage the marketing process from the prototype stage through to launch. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our games are primed for release, while pushing for maximum profitability and growth. By partnering closely with development, publishing, and creative teams, you'll help shape successful game launches and enhance our games' performance across major platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive growth, monetisation, and retention for our mobile games, aligning marketing efforts with product and business objectives.
  • Use data insights to create and test hypotheses for mobile store fronts, continuously refining strategies based on results.
  • Craft key messages and creative briefs to highlight the games' unique selling points.
  • Oversee the lifecycle and communication of mobile titles, ensuring alignment on launch details, KPIs, and retrospectives.
  • Implement ASO techniques to enhance store page conversions.
  • Design and align game branding with the overall product vision.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a solid foundation in administration, project management, or marketing.
  • Driven by a passion for games and a strong desire to advance in the industry.
  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Approachable and positive, with excellent interpersonal skills that foster collaboration.
  • Creative writer with a knack for crafting compelling content.
  • Based in our office in Leamington Spa, following our hybrid model with 4 days per week on-site.
