    About the role

    We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to help further support the Finance team, you will have strong organisation skills; accounts experience in fast paced roles and want to work for an exciting and growing company.

    This is a great opportunity for someone to come in and hit the ground running. You will be able to learn and develop your skills as you will be exposed to the finance team and wider business.

    Key accountabilities

    Administration of the Accounts Receivable Ledger which includes (but not limited to) the following:

    • Ownership of the Accounts Receivable mailbox, handling and resolving any queries that come in.
    • Making sure we receive sales data from customers on a daily basis.
    • Ensure accurate and timely billing, working with various stakeholders within the business where required.
    • Credit control – following up on late payments.
    • Recording cash receipts.
    • Forecasting future cash receipts expected from partners.
    • Preparing revenue journals.
    • Processes are a mixture of manual preparation (excel) and automated solutions.
    • Assist the Management Accountant with month end tasks including accruals & prepayments.
    • Review the automated daily sales reporting and circulate to the business.
    • Seek to drive process improvement into the role
    • General support across the finance team where needed.
