    Your opportunity

    • Sales Support: Provide support to our UK sales channels to help drive sales process.
    • Sales Drive and Target Management: Initiate and proactively manage sales activities. Develop sales targets after demonstrating initial capability.
    • Client Interaction: Organise meetings along with all preparation; pre-meets,  presentations and any other materials.  Attend client and prospect meetings, document discussions, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
    • Communication and Coordination: Manage the distribution of reports and marketing materials as requested by clients and sales personnel.
    • Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with internal teams to efficiently organise roadshows and fund update meetings.
    • Event Management: Manage follow-ups after events to maintain client engagement.
    • Data Analysis: Utilise tools such as Bloomberg and Morningstar Direct to create peer analysis reports and evaluate market data.
    • Client Communications: Regularly produce communications to keep clients informed.
    • CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date and thorough understanding of CRM tools to ensure accurate records.
    • Process Coordination: Understand and assist in the client onboarding process, coordinating both legal and operational aspects.
    • Product Knowledge: Enhance knowledge of Janus Henderson’s products and broader asset management issues.
    • Inbox Management: Handle inquiries from the team’s shared inbox efficiently.
    • Team Collaboration: Provide support and work in close coordination with peers across the UK Client Group.
    • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned.
