Key Responsibilities
- At any time you will lead 1-2 of our key change programmes and be responsible for ensuring that the change happens on time and in full. These are major change programmes that impact our revenue and profitability, examples include Membership, Inventory & Yield, Meeting Rooms and Home to Work.
- You will be responsible for helping to specify change programmes and taking ownership to make sure these are delivered as part of IWG’s Products and Business Development Team
- Working across the matrix, you will need to influence colleagues from other functions (e.g. IT, Sales and Operations) to ensure project milestones are delivered on time and in full. This will involve taking ownership for the delivery programme, ensuring the critical path is identified; issues are surfaced and resolved and that each piece of the programme falls into place
- You will need to collect and analyse data to monitor progress and impact of changes – calling out success and issues that need to be resolved on the way
- Communicate timelines and progress with stakeholders to ensure all parties are clear on progress and colleagued are held to account.
- Understand the needs of our customers and centre staff to understand how change programmes impact them to ensure the change is sustainable and achievable
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Impressive academics – at least a 2:1 degree from an established University.
- Analytical and curious mindset with a natural ability to be use data to solve complex problems.
- Proactive and takes ownership to deliver solutions to problems.
- Logical and structured mindset.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills. Experience of working in a matrix environment, and able to identify critical paths and plan a route along them. Able to work proactively and positively to solve issues, not just identify problems
- Strong experience in relevant IT tools such, Excel, PowerPoint and Project an advantage
- Strong attention to detail.
- High-drive, overcomes obstacles to ensure things are delivered in a timely manner.
