We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Transformation Analyst to support process optimisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming our ways of working in line with business goals.
The Business Transformation Analyst is a varied role that supports operational change, business readiness and benefit delivery to the way we work, and the technology we use.
The role scope will include creating and analysing operational process flows, to build proposals to improve our Operational processes, in line with our business goals of scalability and digitalisation. Providing feedback, reports on KPI movement, and recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Working with subject matter experts to create a catalogue of operations process flows,
- Make recommendations on change needed to improve efficiency,
- Quantify the benefit of change,
- Support the delivery and business readiness of prioritised improvements,
- Making KPI driven decisions
Skills and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels
- Strong understanding of our products and operation
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience in Change management or process optimisation is desired
