Position Summary
ICG’s Client Relations team has responsibility for managing and servicing investor relationships, both during fundraising and on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, and be well organised, highly motivated and keen to work alongside like-minded individuals as part of a committed team.
The candidate will need strong analytical skills, the ability to generate fresh ideas to improve the team’s day-to-day processes , and the technical and communication skills to bring those ideas to life.
Primary Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Client Relations team in their contribution to the fundraising process , Examples of day-to-day tasks include preparation of high-quality marketing materials such as standard fund overview presentation decks, RFPs and DDQs to support client proposals and meetings, ensuring that all are delivered diligently, in a timely fashion and of the highest quality.
- Utilisation of key fund and market level statistics to assist in the development of the market positioning of our strategies / product range
- Supporting the organisation of investor update calls and and the annual AGMs for the firm’s strategies.
- Supporting ongoing projects to enhance reporting and processes on the team, including but not limited to automation and data quality improvement.
- Ensuring that marketing materials meet compliance requirements.
Key Requirements/Qualifications
- Experienced with a strong academic background
- A strong interest in financial markets, and ideally some understanding of private markets
- Commercially and financially literate, demonstrating strong numerical and oral communication skills; excellent written and presentation skills
- Demonstration of an exceptional level of attention to detail
- A team player with an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Pro-active, confident and self-motivated; ability to problem solve
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
