Located at the European Divisional Support Centre in Irvine, Ayrshire, this 12 to 15 month placement will report to a key member of the Dealer Support team. This role is available for Hybrid Working.
Key accountabilities
The successful applicant will work in a team responsible for providing the following key responsibilities:
- Support dealers in co-ordinations of orders from quotations through to shipment.
- Providing sales order support for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) sales team.
- Issue Credit notes, maintenance of shipment files and updating manufacturing delays.
- Analysis and reporting of product availability.
- Planning and shipment support of imported products from U.S.
- Identification, management and delivery of process improvement project.
Knowledge required
- Candidates should be working towards a degree in Commercial or Business Studies related courses.
- Candidates must have good customer focused skills, to enable them to correspond effectively with Dealers.
- Candidates should be competent in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates should be able to work enthusiastically and efficiently within a team.
