Start date: July 2023
What you'll do
Over the two years you’ll work closely with local, regional, and global teams across our Investor Services and Direct Custody and Clearing products. You could rotate between Product Management, Sales, Client Account Management, Strategy, Digital & Innovation, Chief Operating Office or the Non-Financial Risk Office.
You’ll work on a range of projects where you’ll strategise on how we tailor our services to our clients, improve business performance and support our colleagues. Each rotation will help you build different skills and capabilities and provide insight gained through hands-on experience across our Securities Services business.
Who you are
All degree backgrounds and skill levels are welcome. You’re a final year student or recent graduate who wants to try a variety of roles to find the one that matches your interests and career goals, one of which may be leadership.
We are looking for future leaders. You like change and feel comfortable adapting to new environments and meeting new people, taking the opportunities that arise from these experiences. You build trusted relationships and are willing to learn.
What you'll learn
You’ll complete an induction course when starting the programme, which will provide a robust insight into our suite of products and services. You’ll have the option, and support, to complete a relevant professional qualification.
You’ll gain many different perspectives by working with both global and regional teams within a variety of products and services. You’ll have a diverse set of experiences that will help you identify the area you want to build your career in.
By the end of the programme, you’ll learn how to design and launch products, service our customers and feel confident in your ability to navigate a large organisation, collaborate with both local and global teams, and communicate clearly and effectively.
You'll have plenty of opportunities for continuous learning, and support from colleagues during your time with us, so that you're well-prepared for your future.
