    Key responsibilities

    • Change Analysis & Strategy Development:
      • Support the development and execution of change management strategies to drive business transformation.
      • Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to creating solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align them with project objectives.
      • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate progress, impact, and recommendations to senior management.
    • Configuration & Implementation:
      • Assist in the configuration and customization of business tools and software, ensuring systems are tailored to meet organizational requirements.
      • Work closely with IT and technical teams to implement system changes, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes.
      • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems function correctly after configuration and changes.
    • Proactive Support & Problem-Solving:
      • Take initiative in identifying potential risks, issues, or challenges within business change projects and provide proactive solutions.
      • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
      • Provide recommendations for process enhancements based on your observations and data analysis.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various business functions.
      • Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and engaged throughout the change process, addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
    • Continuous Improvement:
      • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist with the development of initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness within the business.
      • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

    Key skills qualifications

    • Educational Requirements: A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with a degree in Business, Management, IT, or related fields.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Hands-on experience with business configuration tools, enterprise software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms), or other relevant technologies.
      • Strong understanding of system configurations, business processes, and change management methodologies.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Proactive attitude with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them independently.
      • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Experience:
      • Previous experience in business analysis, change management, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
      • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar software for data analysis and reporting.

    Additional desirable skills

    Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
