Our Scottish team is led by three Partners who are experts in their field, between them they oversee a growing team of approximately 10 Legal Specialists who are based in across our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.

What do you need?
You will have previous 12 months’ worth of experience of file handling experience or worked in the insurance industry.
Whilst experience and qualifications are desirable, above all we hire based on potential so, if you are enthusiastic and want to learn and develop within an exciting and niche area of law, we are able to offer you the training to succeed.
You will need to bring an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem solving is desirable.
We would like to see a strong work ethic and a committed team player. We are a close knit and stable team that like to share ideas and experience with a view to achieving the best results that we can for our Clients.
What will you be doing?
Following a Road Traffic Accident, HF’s Recoveries team are instructed by insurance companies to determine liability and then recover uninsured losses and insurer’s outlay from third parties. HF has been undertaking recoveries work for clients for a number of years and the team have a great reputation due to their specialist industry experience securing many millions of pounds per annum for clients.
