Job description  

HPЕ is opening doors for a highly motivated Graduate with interest to develop in an international and very demanding environment. During your graduate program you will be working alongside your sales colleagues in our Leixlip Sales Office.

Job role activities include

  • Be given an assigned sales territory to grow and build your relationships, working with other businesses to advise on multi-products, services, and integrated solutions across our varied portfolio of products and services 
  • Review account activities to uncover new business or up-selling opportunities. 
  • Build your own understanding of your clients’ industry, identify emerging market trends and opportunities, support with market campaigns, and execute campaign follow-up. 
  • Support the Digital Sales Account Managers and Partner Business Managers with day-to-day activities
  • Provide support with pricing, escalation and ad-hoc activities

How a typical day as an Inside Sales Representative Graduate looks

  • Sell HPE products, services and solutions to existing and new customers via phone
  • Identify new customers, products and business potentials
  • Establish and maintain relationships to influence decision-makers
  • Cover all activities from preparation of configurations and offers, contract management and conclusion, up to roll-out management as part of the project management and professional escalation management
  • Be responsible for turnover and margins

What you’ll need 

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2023 or 2024 with a focus in business, management, economics or related
  • Self-motivated and a team-player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values
  • Interest in developing your career in sales and customer management
  • Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
