    About the job

    As HelloFresh continues to grow, so does our need for both improved and new processes within the Operation. These are the main responsibilities of the Operational Excellence Team and ultimately will be what you will be expected to help deliver from day one in your new role. You will also have plenty of opportunities to present to varying levels of seniority as well as work closely with a large range of the other teams both locally and internationally within the HelloFresh family.

    What you will do

    As part of our UK Operational Excellence team, you will be in charge of:

    • Supporting our operational systems’ process design and improvement
    • Continuous improvement of efficiency KPIs in HelloFresh production sites
    • Implementation of lean methods to increase efficiency, throughput and operational excellence
    • Defining and documenting standard operating procedures (SOP)
    • Supporting the local site management in problem solving and continuous improvement programs
    • Identify and support the delivery of projects to increase efficiency, improve quality and reduce waste & cost
    • Support the implementation of the visual standards in the distribution centres
    • Support the deployment and development of error proofing principles and techniques
    • Drive the transformation to an operationally excellent culture
    • Analysing data and drawing actionable insights
    • Supporting cross-functional change in a fast-paced environment
    • Working in partnership with our diverse functional teams to deliver tangible changes to how we work

    Who you are

    • Excellent analytic skills and hands on approach
    • Ability to adapt in a fast paced high volume manufacturing environment
    • Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem solving
    • Experience and understanding of launching new processes
    • A self starter who can be relied upon to deliver projects and clearly communicate with stakeholders
    • Able to develop a deep understanding of systems and processes
    • Excellent analytical skills and hands on approach
    • A dependable individual who enjoys being part of a diverse team
    • Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of World Class Manufacturing, Shingo and Toyota Production Systems is desirable

    Recruitment process: First, you will have a phone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. If you are successful, you will be asked to work on a technical test at home. Depending on the results, you will then be invited to an interview: a competency interview and a final interview with the head of the department.
