The role
We’re looking for an Online Marketplace & Partners Assistant to join our E-Commerce team at our Design Centre in Blackburn! In this exciting role, you will manage our online marketplace accounts and partnerships across multiple platforms such as Amazon and eBay. If you have a passion for data, sales optimisation, and making an impact on a well-established brand, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key responsibilities
As an Online Marketplace & Partners Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating and optimising product listings across various online platforms like Amazon and eBay.
- Analysing and optimising sales performance to ensure maximum visibility and revenue.
- Managing stock feeds across marketplaces to reduce order cancellations.
- Assisting with pricing, product ranges, and customer selling agreements.
- Collaborating with internal teams (product, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and the best customer experience.
- Contributing to the creation and implementation of new product proposals.
Planning and organisation
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to:
- Effectively manage tasks across multiple platforms.
- Prioritise tasks to meet business needs and deadlines.
- Be proactive in identifying and solving any issues with accounts or product listings.
- Plan ahead for upcoming product launches, sales events, and promotions.
Required skills and experience
To excel in the Online Marketplace & Partners Assistant role, you’ll need:
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon and eBay platforms.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Knowledge of Rithum (Channel Advisor) is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
External relationships
You’ll work with external partners and support teams from platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Rithum to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
