We are expanding our teams in our Engineering Operations Services/Ground System Engineering division and we are looking for graduate/junior engineers who bring new ideas, commitment , and above all, passion for the challenges of the space sector. As an engineer, you will work on specific projects related to Ground System Engineering for different space missions.

What challenge will you be taking on
We are focusing our activities related the ground segment Engineering services in the UK by utilising the current service we are providing to a worldwide portfolio of customers.
Ground System Engineering is the invisible force that makes every space mission possible, acting as the nerve center that communicates with spacecraft, analyzes data, and ensures mission success. No two space missions are alike—whether it’s a deep-space probe, a crewed space station, or an Earth-observing satellite, each comes with unique challenges in communication, control, and operations. You will have a front seat to new and exciting upcoming missions in space sector.
We are looking for a motivated graduate/junior aerospace engineer who is willing to participate in our Ground Systems Engineering Team services and projects and support our clients services:
Including
- Ground Segment Design
- Ground Segment solutions evaluation and trade-offs
- Ground Segment Implementation and troubleshooting
What do we need in our team?
We are looking for graduates/Juniors with a background and interest in Systems Engineering techniques and tools and Foundation in mission ground systems. With a Engineering Masters degree or equivalent experience and a good knowledge of Linux Operating Systems
Must be able to travel within the UK for short and long terms periods depending on our clients service requirements.
We will also value previous experience and knowledge with:
- Communication skills
- Troubleshooting capabilities
- Development (C/C++, Java, Python/Perl, Maven)
- Scripting (bash, gnuplot)
- Familiarity in network technology (tcpdump, routing, WAN MPLS, Protocols: TCP/IP & UDP)
- Virtualization
A U.K driving licence will also be advantageous
This role will involve regular travel within the UK, potentially for short to medium periods.
With occasional overseas travel.
