What we do in consulting
We like problems at Frazer-Nash.
The world and our clients have lots of problems and we get a kick out of finding engineering and technology solutions to these problems. Through our meaningful innovations, our Consultancy experts help organisations make lives securer, safer, sustainable and affordable.
Over the last 10 years we have built a Techno-Economic Assessment (TEA) team that work alongside our engineering consultants to assess the economic implications of the challenges and solutions that affect our clients. Our TEA team creates the analysis that underpins some of the most complex technological and engineering decisions in society.
Team information
Our TEA team is geographically dispersed across Bristol, Burton-on-Trent and Leatherhead. Whichever of those locations you choose as a base, you’ll be joining our dedicated team of economists and project managers. We also work with our internal mathematical modelling teams and partner organisations to bring together expert teams.
The TEA team work across a broad range of projects from new rail projects to some of the UK’s largest nuclear decommissioning programmes. We are particularly proud of the work we have recently done de-risking the UK’s pathway to Net Zero through TEA analysis of the space based solar power project (SBSP). You can see the reports we develop for the UK’s Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and European Space Agency which gives you a great example of the kind of work we do.
