As part of our Data and Analytics team you’ll support the Customer Insight Manager to embed customer insights into our decision-making process, to enhance service offerings and customer experience. You’ll develop your career in an analytical field with mentorship from experienced professionals.

What you’ll be doing
- Assisting in identifying and understanding key drivers of customer satisfaction and complaints.
- Analysing customer data to gain insights into customer behaviour and sentiments.
- Supporting the creation and communication of insight-based recommendations.
- Utilising data storytelling techniques, to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with other departments to update and present results and findings.
What we’re looking for
This is an entry-level position ideal for graduates with a numerate degree such as Maths, economics, or Physics. Other useful skills and experience is:
- Experience in data analysis (including within your degree, work placement, or work experience)
- Good skills in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (sumifs, vlookup, pivot tables).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
