As part of our Data and Analytics team you’ll support the Customer Insight Manager to embed customer insights into our decision-making process, to enhance service offerings and customer experience. You’ll develop your career in an analytical field with mentorship from experienced professionals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting in identifying and understanding key drivers of customer satisfaction and complaints.
  • Analysing customer data to gain insights into customer behaviour and sentiments.
  • Supporting the creation and communication of insight-based recommendations.
  • Utilising data storytelling techniques, to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other departments to update and present results and findings.

What we’re looking for

This is an entry-level position ideal for graduates with a numerate degree such as Maths, economics, or Physics. Other useful skills and experience is:

  • Experience in data analysis (including within your degree, work placement, or work experience)
  • Good skills in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (sumifs, vlookup, pivot tables).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
