    The role

    As a New Client Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring that the journey for our new clients starts smoothly and efficiently. As the first point of contact, you will provide valuable support to our Conveyancing team, helping deliver a friendly and professional experience for our clients.

    Key responsibilities

    • Working with the team to manage customer calls
    • To provide conveyancing quotes to potential new clients
    • Carrying out follow up sales calls with potential new clients
    • Calling Estate Agents to obtain Memo of Sale
    • Building up a rapport with work providers
    • Providing administrative support to the team
    • Opening of files on our case management system
    • Producing the initial paperwork for all new clients
    • Providing cover to other departments where required eg Post Completion, post duties
