What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the Installations Manager with contractor management against contractual KPIs.
  • Listen to customer complaints and escalations and support with finding a successful resolution with focus on collating and analysing data to identify key trends and potential improvement gaps
  • Driving a health and safety culture
  • Helping with preparation for contract management sessions and supporting with administration for audits and quality control checks.
  • Data analysis to ensuring that installation operational budgets are met by assuring all works against commercial targets
  • Track performance metrics to allow the Installation Manager to take timely action to mitigate risks with the contract performance, including recovery plans and update reporting.
  • Ensure compliance by yourself and team with all company policies and procedures.

What will you bring?

  • You will be a recent graduate ready in Engineering, Project Management, HSEQ or other relevant field.
  • 1 years industry experience gained through placement is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety and quality requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain project documentation
