    We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join us on a 2-year Regional Manager programme in Scotland.

    What Our 2 Year Graduate Regional Manager Programme Involves

    Our graduate programmes are about creating future leaders, you’ll be working as part of our operations teams where you’ll be supported every step of the way, enjoying structured training programme to become a Regional Manager upon completion.

    Not only will you gain wide-ranging experience of a big business and bags of industry insight, our graduate roles are a great opportunity for you to kick-start your career. We’ll help you on your way to climbing the career ladder with a earning potential in 2 years of £45,000.

    • From day one you’ll quickly gain managerial responsibility for your own team of couriers to support. You’ll be responsible for measuring and driving improvement across a number of performance measures including Speed of Service, Standard, Next Day, Collections, Claims. You’ll then progress on to an Assistant Regional Manager supporting the Regional Manager to manage the deliveries in that region, eventually progressing to manage your own delivery region.
    • You’ll be mentored by the Area Divisional Manager who will support you on journey with us
    • Be nurtured through Graduate development days allowing you to connect and network with fellow graduates from across the business

    As a Regional Manager you will get stuck into all kinds of activities, every day is different and can involve some early starts, late finishes, night shifts, weekend working and bank holidays. Flexibility is key to support our people and the operations.

    What You’ll Need To Become An Evri Graduate

    • A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
    • Great communication skills and the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people
    • Positive attitude, resilient, determined and a great listener and communicator
    • To enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
    • Be analytical and good with numbers with plenty of common sense
    • A full UK driving license as travel may be required in this role between Hermes and client sites
    • The ability to solve problems and keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening across our business.
    • Flexibility to move around the region and Sub Depots (you won’t necessarily get to work in your closest location)
    • Be able to work early starts, late finishes, night shifts, weekends and bank holidays
