The National Accounts Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the National Accounts team with operational, administrative, and analytical tasks. This role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and retailers, providing excellent service to maintain stock availability and deliver key product launches. The coordinator will also manage day-to-day retailer queries, support new launch activities, and help track sales performance across different accounts.

    What this role does

    Wholesale and retail support

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for retailer queries, providing timely and efficient responses.
    • Support the National Account Manager with administrative tasks and ensure smooth wholesale operations for new launches and weekly replenishment.
    • Create system events and order forms for new product launches, collaborating with marketing and visual merchandising teams. Complete NPL forms for the brands
    • Ensure new product launches are executed seamlessly in stores, coordinating with field teams to optimise stock availability.
    • Manage stock allocation for new product launches, ensuring that any discrepancies are resolved promptly.

    Marketing and sales support

    • Support the National Account Manager with new stock orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
    • Assist in setting up promotional and seasonal activities, including managing returns and stock swaps.
    • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams to update store planograms and multi-assortment products monthly.
    • Work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Social teams to create an annual plan for each retailer, focusing on key product launches and marketing initiatives.
    • Perform competitor analysis to track brand performance and improve rankings in retailer stores.
    • Assist with digital training for point-of-sale teams in collaboration with the Education Manager.

    Demand and inventory support

    • Lead the effective monitoring of retailer inventory to ensure 100% shelf availability across all retail partners.
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to manage product analysis, addressing overstock and understock issues.
    • Work with National Account Manager to align product launch forecasts with marketing and demand planning teams.
    • Ensure efficient phase-out of limited edition products to minimise returns, providing commercial solutions like gift-with-purchase offers.

    Operational and reporting support

    • Track monthly sales performance and provide detailed reports to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Liaise with warehouse teams to manage critical paths for newness, replenishment, and seasonal events like Christmas.
    • Resolve day-to-day stock queries and perform regular order downloads.
    • Assist in the management of returns, including logging and issuing return goods authorisations (RGAs) to retailers.

    General administrative support

    • Perform general administrative duties to support the National Accounts team, especially around key events and retailer strategy meetings.
    • Assist in the creation and management of trackers for new product launches and sales performance.

    Projects work you will be part of

    • Strategic planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with retailer goals.
    • Continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams to adapt and implement retailer-specific strategy.
    • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity, identifying trends to inform future strategic decisions.

    What you will need

    • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • A proactive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous experience in retail or sales, ideally within the cosmetics or retail industry, is preferred.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in luxury retail, cosmetics, or a similar industry.
    • Knowledge of both digital and physical retail operations and best practices.
    • A strategic thinker with the ability to influence and build brand partnerships.
