As a Finance FP&A Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. What you’ll do
- Financial Planning and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasts.
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models.
- Contribute to variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management.
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect, validate, and analyse financial data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Use financial systems and tools to generate reports and insights.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve existing financial processes and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements.
- General Support:
- Provide support to the FP&A team on various projects and initiatives.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes.
What experience you need
- A predicted or achieved 2:1 or above in a Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
- A strong desire to learn and develop within a finance environment.
