  • During the two-year graduate programme, we will provide on the job technical training with opportunities to develop wider technical and project delivery skills, across the business, by working alongside experienced technical professionals.

Graduate requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree – 2.1 or higher or Masters in
    • Mechanic Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering

    • Petroleum Engineering
    • Structural Engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and being able to demonstrate innovation, creativity, and logic.
  • The role has a varied workload and therefore candidates should be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their working methods.
