The role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the project management team in delivering successful projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should have a background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholders.
- Coordinate project schedules, set milestones, and track progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage resources including personnel, equipment, and budgets, ensuring that the project has what it needs to stay on track.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders. Regularly update all parties on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, reports, and meeting notes. Ensure all project information is stored accurately for future reference.
- Identify potential risks or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies.
- Assist in resolving issues that arise during project execution, ensuring solutions are implemented swiftly and effectively.
- Work closely with project teams, helping to coordinate tasks, maintain motivation, and ensure collaboration among all members.
- Assist with quality assurance, ensuring project deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in project coordination, management, or administration preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
