Joining us as a CTA Trainee, the minimum qualification we require is a degree at 2:2 or equivalent. It is essential for the candidate to have tax experience alongside having the following skills:
- Good verbal and written communication
- Time management to balance work and study
- Collaborative to work effectively as part of a wider team
What does this role involve
As a CTA Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the tax team to deliver tax services whilst undertaking studies to achieve an industry-recognised qualification. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to continue their tax journey in becoming Chartered, with a competitive structured salary and exam bonus scheme, a fully supported training package for achieving a CTA qualification, and ongoing personal development and career progression.
Successful candidates will be enrolled on a three-year training contract for a fully funded Level 7 Apprenticeship under the combined tax pathway with ATT and CTA, attending professional training provided by Tolley’s.
You will also be a team player with a positive attitude and suitable IT skills.
