The Internal Account Executive (IAE) is responsible for maintaining relationships for small to medium-sized customers within the Coding & Marking industry. This role is based from our Office in Bar Hill but has the flexibility for Hybrid working. The IAE is responsible for the management of the entire customer lifecycle. This includes replacing and expanding the Domino coding services and solutions for these customers. The goal is to grow turnover and margin within this customer group through cross selling/upselling activities. For this purpose, the IAE reactively and proactively creates concrete opportunities, and is responsible for the associated Pipeline Management ('create, manage & close'). The IAE is a Coding & Marking expert who is seen by customers as a professional and proactive partner.
The IAE also qualifies inbound leads from prospects. If these meet the set criteria, the IAE will follow this up and manage the opportunity. If not, these will be transferred to the Area Account Managers. The role offers an excellent starting position for further career growth within the (commercial) Domino organisation.
